PhotoBase Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms. Your continued use of PhotoBase means you accept any changes.

2. Description of Service

PhotoBase provides AI-powered image editing tools including text behind image functionality, background removal, object erasing, and transparent PNG export.

We strive to provide a high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update the application periodically to add new functions, features, or to address technical issues.

3. User Responsibilities

When using PhotoBase, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security
• Not distribute or share malicious content through the app

4. Intellectual Property

PhotoBase, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by PhotoBase Labs L.L.C F.Z and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While you retain the rights to your content and images uploaded to or created with PhotoBase, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or edit using PhotoBase. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your content
• Your content does not violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights of any person
• Your content does not contain any material that could be considered defamatory, obscene, or illegal

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoBase Labs L.L.C F.Z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damage or loss resulting from your use or inability to use PhotoBase
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PhotoBase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PhotoBase immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the application and delete it from your devices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of PhotoBase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
